Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Classic old world style Pinot Noir. Dark cherry and oak on the nose. Raspberry and dark cherry on the palate with a hint of earthiness. Medium bodied, medium acidity although the acidity becomes a bot more prominent when open for a couple of hours. Elegant and balanced.
