Wednesday, December 7, 2022 - Regifted to me after gifting to a good friend a few years back. Dark garnet color, nearly to the edges. Nose of blueberry pie, dark chocolate, licorice, some cedar. Pleasant, fruity mouthfeel, with nice acidity, finishing with a dusting of cocoa powder and very well-integrated but noticeable tannins on the back end. Softness and structure. Drinking beautifully right now, but should last longer.

Good value: purchased for $46.25 from the Hartford list 12/1/2016.
