Monday, July 4, 2022 - July 4 feast. Decanted, returned to the bottle, and drunk a couple of hours later, and it drank well; tons of sediment. A major step up from my daily drinker cabs from WA, Chile, or lower priced Napa, but still falling into a familiar if delicious range, with limited tertiary development so far. Another 5 years will take this to another level as a touch less sweetness would be nice.
