Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Served with appetizers to start a dinner with friends. Incredibly smooth with an extended finish. Solid acidity, floral and crisp. Two friends noted that it was one of the smoothest Chardonnays that they have had. The use of oak is discernible in the wine’s rich mouthfeel and a slight touch of honey. Really drinking well at this time. Only bottle from this vintage and vineyard🥲
