Wednesday, January 11, 2006 - Another satisfying bottle of this tonight. Can't ask for more in a 5th Growth, lesser Vintage wine. Great raspberry/plum, sweet/tart cherry spice, leather, chestnut, lead pencil. Smooth and complex enough....classic dry cedar, tobacco, earth, cinnamon spice. A little drying, but still juicy. Nice!
