Wednesday, October 17, 2007 - WOW! This was a huge surprise! Opened this with a good friend who loves and understands his Pinots. The wine has a wonderful nose full of lush fruit, and then is dense, smooth and long llasting on the pallate. After about 45 minutes, some of the initial and expected tightness gave way to an enormously approachable and enjoyable Pinot. We absolutely LOVED it, and would compare it very favorably to some of the very best!
