Thursday, February 4, 2016 - Almost too young to rate. This was popped after arrival cross country and initially was acidic, with a (possible) slight effervescence. After two hours in the decanter, the dark fruit and earthy notes started to emerge, but this definitely needs more time, but seems to have potential.
