Friday, September 30, 2022 - Gorgeous nose with green apple, lemon, white pepper, toast, minerals, and butter notes. It’s rich, yet well balanced. On the palate, there’s lovely acidity along with notes of lemon zest, lime, chalk, apple, and a slightly bitter note. Long finish. This is drinking like a Grand Cru Burgundy, impeccably balanced with the oak well integrated, plenty of acidity, fruit, and power. Wow!
