Tuesday, March 9, 2021 - Aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, lemon, pineapple, a hint of mineral. Minimal oak on the nose. The flavors mirror the nose with lemon, pineapple, mineral, tropical fruits. LIght on the oak. The Citrus dominate, starting to show more complexity. Nice mouthfeel with great acid balance. Long smooth finish
