Thursday, October 1, 2015 - Nicely balanced on the nose with chalk, hay mixed with juicy pear and honey suckle. The medium-bodied palate shows drier elements of white peach, apricot and lemon that are wrapped around a flinty structure for balance. The citrus flavors persist through the finish, which falls a little short.
