Thursday, July 2, 2015 - At Baldacci Winery, medium yellow honey color in the glass, served well chilled, opened slowly, typical floral perfume for the Carneros AVA, tropical citrus, hint of apple and a touch of honey, more of the same on the plate, needs six months to show it's best, lovely citrus on the mid palate, medium/big body, silky with a honey sweetness to it, medium/long finish.
