Saturday, September 20, 2014 - Still drinking wonderfully. Big, black, substantially rich Syrah with the deep dark fruit & compliment of spices we love. While not the most complex Pax it's certainly full of character & holds up perfectly with a big flavored meal (BBQ rib eye or rich Italian meat dishes (just the right acidity).
