Wednesday, April 8, 2015 - caramel candy, blackberry, pencil shavings on the nose. smooth, firm, rich on the palate, coats the mouth evolving for 30+ seconds. Grippy, well balanced. deep purple color. Really nice napa blend, surprisingly coherent for such a young wine. 85% Syrah, 15% cabernet. Suspect there are a few more years of evolution, but quite nice right now. Wonderful wine, even better considering $19 WTSO price.
