Tuesday, March 28, 2023 - Just as enjoyable as before but in a totally different way: the cabernet franc (I didn't even know there was any) has taken over the finish, making it much fresher than before. Mostly red fruit now - so redcurrant, red cherry and cranberry, with still enough zest midpalate to keep it interesting, but with that cool finish that reminded me of a Loire red. Quite weird but very good.
