Thursday, November 7, 2013 - PnP'd at cellar temp, consumed over a few hours. I didn't keep notes, but was amazed at how the wine kept changing as the time went on. Amazingly youthful for a 25-year-old wine. Wonderful texture to the tannins. Overall a wonderful and delicious wine. Poured side-by-side with a 1991 Latour, everyone at the table agreed this was the better of the two wines that night.
