Wednesday, January 20, 2016 - A very decent wine for the $50 range, but below average for a single vineyard Napa cab. Only 122 cases made, so I don't expect a lot of reviews, so I'll try to be thorough. Let it open up for a couple hours. Subtle red berry nose with a little heat. Medium bodied, with red plum and red berries, but lacks the depth and complexity of some of the higher tier single vineyard wines. Well balanced, with soft tannins that create a silky dryness. Very smooth, with a nice 20-30 second finish.
