Tuesday, November 19, 2019 - Intense golden, clear watery rim, 12.5% abv. Aromas of pear, floral and herbal notes. Dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol and ditto body. Palate of pear, citrus, honey notes, and starfruit. Slightly oily texture (cf. pinot gris. Good length with fresh finish.
Interesting and good.
