Thursday, January 10, 2019 - Last of my 375s. Very ripe sweet berry nose, angostura bitters, pepper. Palate is ripe, very fine grained tannin, medium acidity, long ripe finish. would like to revisit in a while, this has the stuffing to age, though not a typical pinot, maybe typical to this region.
