Tuesday, September 19, 2023 - Visits in Bordeaux; 9/18/2023-9/19/2023 (St Julien, Saint-Emilion, Pomerol): The nose is perfumed and refined with balanced tones of red cherries, raspberries, 5-spice, sweet tobacco leaf notes, roses, fresh herbs, violets, crushed rocks, and some fruit cake. There is good depth with this showing off an expressive side. The Medium bodied feel is elegant and poised with crisp, medium acidity and silky, medium tannins. This is entering a real good place as it shows off an expressive and elegant side with good depth across the nose and palate.
