Monday, September 3, 2018 - My first ever Bordeaux futures purchase and I just finally gave in to popping one. So glad I did. Wow, such a gorgeous wine. Decanted for 1 hour. Nose is lovely black cherry, blackberry, graphite, and some interesting smoke or anise scent. Palate is perfectly balanced with gorgeous silky tannins. Just a really impressive wine tonight. Easy 96 points, and likely more with age. Going to buy another 6 pack.

2/8/2019 4:42:00 PM - This is one of my favorite Bordeaux’s if not favorite. Highly highly suggest grabbing the ‘15s and ‘16s as they are absolutely stunning (2009 was also amazing but harder to find).
