Saturday, July 27, 2019 - On the nose, boysenberry jam and chocolate dipped dark cherries with attar of roses. Boysenberry jam and chocolate dipped dark cherries continue on to the palate along with a light earthiness. Wonderful full mouthfeel with great structure and velvety texture. Very good pairing spaghetti aand marinara, dark European-style bread and butter, would be even better with a meatball, meat sauce or paired with beefsteak of some kind or simply charcuterie.
