Saturday, February 3, 2018 - Watermelon, strawberry, raspberry. Fresh and vibrant with balancing acid, minerals and a touch of earth. By itself, I find it a bit too fruity, especially when young, but with some cellar time I love it paired with spicy curry dishes.
