Saturday, September 5, 2015 - Delicious. Beautiful lemony color, very clear. Very fresh and refreshing. Crisp and citrusy with hints of apricot, apple and minerality. Good acidity and lovely length. Great with spicy food (green chicken curry). Gotta get me some more.
