Monday, April 22, 2019 - Decided to check on the status of this wine, now 5 years old. Citrus fruit has faded, mineral and pear are much more prominent now. Nice food wine, as the acidity continues to shines here, but the finish is leaving a slight waxy texture that I'm not terribly fond of. I much prefer the composition of these rieslings when initially released.
