Wednesday, May 6, 2015 - This is the Spinal Tap of gin.
Served in large bowled wine glass with ice and Fever Tree tonic.
Best served with half a small bottle of Fever Tree tonic and no fruit, this really lets the smooth, powerful junpier aromas to really shine. Brilliantly full and smooth with a touch of aniseed and milky soft.
Eschewing the usual fruit addition, my wife hit on the fantastic idea of dropping in crushed juniper berries. BOOM! Turn it up to 11.
