Grapefruit, lime, cream, slate and a hint of passionfruit. Flowers come in and out of the background. Needs coaxing for multiple days to really open up.

Firm and unyielding in the mouth with grapefruit and orange peel dominating. Just enough sweetness to take the edge off the firm acid streak and add mouth feel.

Opinion: good food wine but hard to drink on its own at the moment.
