Monday, March 22, 2010 - red ruby color, with some bricking. nose of dark cherry, orange rind, leather, cedar, roasted meats. Complex flavors around slightly sour cherry including celery, herbs, leather, forest floor and minerals. Good with lamb. Surprisingly 12.5% Alcohol.
