Friday, July 24, 2015 - Pale, pale yellow. Floral bouquet reflecting the grapes of the blend: grenache blanc, chardonnay, marsanne. Crisp acidity leading thru the Catalan fruit to a refreshing, juicy and surprisingly lengthy finish. Pure stainless, no oak. A wine best enjoyed young, this is the white equivalent to the lovely, fresh Provençal rosés-of-the-vintage that I love. Super value!
