Wednesday, September 20, 2023 - Sooooo... I know this has the characteristics of excellent Cali cab. Super inky. Concentrated. Shrub brush. Berries. I guess I can respect and appreciate it for what it is. But just not our preferred style. Oh, well. Good to know what you do and don't like. Tons of sediment. Enjoyed on Sonja's birthday with lasagna at home.
