Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - Full flavour, rich and layered. Very fine mousse. Bone dry. Lemonade, dried apple, ripe orchard fruits, tonnes of chalky minerals, grilled nuts, honey, immersive leesy characters, toast, brioche, creamy. Bit of dusty from bottle age. All supported by the sharp acidic backbone. Excellent and expressive.

Sourced from old vines in grands cru vineyards of Ambonnay 96 months. Disgorged July 2013.
