Sunday, April 2, 2017 - Bottle 2 of 4. Lush cherry, raspberry, black slate and more than a hint of cocoa. Perfect pairing with grilled chicken kebabs. Continued to evolve over 2 hours after one hour decant. Another fine effort by Unti.
