Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - As always, my rating is the average rating, plus a few percent, as it was rather enjoyable overall, specially for a Shiraz. It did have a good chance to breathe before I had a glass, which I'm sure is a positive.
Not too bitey, not too sharp, far more mild than I expected.
Tonight there was a decent amount on its own, plus an enjoyable glass with rare eye fillet for dinner... overall i was impressed, considering it is a Shiraz.
I'm not sure what the smell is, but it's pleasant & taste is far more mild than a sharp Shiraz. Well worth the plunge.
