Lovely delicate apple and honey on palate, semi-sweet, concentrated and nectar-like, with a bit of heavy petroleum that I associate with older full whites. I'm unfamiliar with this style, and it reminds me most of a lighter dryer Sauternes. Compared to Baumard's Clos de Ste Catherine, this is less sweet, more delicate, and weightier.
