90 Points

Sunday, January 4, 2009 - Deep yellow color. Cedar and apple on the nose, barest hint of citrus. Lovely delicate apple and honey on palate, semi-sweet, concentrated and nectar-like, with a bit of heavy petroleum that I associate with older full whites. I'm unfamiliar with this style, and it reminds me most of a lighter dryer Sauternes. Compared to Baumard's Clos de Ste Catherine, this is less sweet, more delicate, and weightier.
