Tuesday, December 27, 2016 - Translucent ruby violet hue. Not particularly aromatic but with hints of cherry and earth. On the palate, it is light bodied and fruity with tart cherry and a bright acidity begging for food. The finish is short but it is a pleasant accompaniment to homemade pizzas.
