Wednesday, November 18, 2015 - Pre-Christmas wine tasting (Taurus Wines at The Parrot, Forest Green) with my wife selecting some everyday drinking wines. 50+ wines tasted; limited notes on those wines purchased only.
Vanilla oak character. Good viscosity, ripe fruit and balancing zesty citrus acidity. Excellent food wine. Now and for perhaps 2 years.
