Tuesday, February 3, 2015 - Fresh and vibrant with complex aromatics of Autumnal leaves, antique furniture, sweet tobacco, cedar and earth. It is sinewy in the mouth with crisp red berry flavours that ping around the gums. There's a black olive tapenade saltiness to the palate and it finishes clean and dry.
