Sunday, November 15, 2015 - Bright blackberry scents rise from the glass, wrapped by full brambles, and holding a touch of roast beef in the background. Very nice blackberries show on the palate. The brambles suggested by the nose are here, big and full. Deep dark character is supported by current flavors, while a touch of raspberries add brightness that stays in the background. The acidity is balanced here, and all flavors linger into the finish delivering good complexity.
