The wine looks garnet colored, but is muddied. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral, black pepper, lead pencil and just a bit of apple, and tastes the same minus the apple. The body is medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes medium.

This will be better with something to eat, but I'm not sure what. Need something that will stand up to the mineral but bring some balance.
