Thursday, March 12, 2015 - Day 1: Deep garnet color. Ruby rim. Slight bricking. Nose of cherry with an alcohol burn. Black cherry up front. Middle of oak and alcohol. Light tannin and oak to finish up. Some disjointedness in the finish.. seems to fall apart. Medium/Long finish.

Day 2: Fruit has nearly disappeared leaving only the oak and alcohol behind. Drink up and drink on night 1.
