Saturday, July 11, 2015 - Yeah, I know it's a little too early to drink, but I just had to try it. We had good wine friends over and tried this on them. It's young and hasn't quite come together yet, but there's a lot of promise here. Red and Bing cherries on the nose and palate with a little vanilla and spice. It's just a little 'harsh' and hasn't got the balance yet, but I have to believe it'll come ... if I just wait awhile ... gonna be tough.
