Sunday, March 29, 2020 - I saved half the wine tasted on 3/20 in sterilized airtight 375 ml screw cap. After letting it breathe a full day the wine emerged as a beauty. Syrah is often a beast that only time can tame, that seems to be what happened here. Supple, lush savory aromas backed by youthful blackberry fruit, dark/milk chocolate and a long saturated palate. Wish I had another bottle. If you open one now, let it breathe 24 hours.
