Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Tasted blind. I would have sworn this was from Saint-Emilion on the basis of its cool, chalky minerality. Rich ripe fruit almost covers the tannins, big and structured but not pushed too far, spices and tobacco. Needs another ten years.
