Saturday, December 16, 2017 - Decanted four hours, rebottled and allowed to breathe in bottle for another couple of hours. Cherry and red berry fruit with a pleasant earthy undertone. Violet and gamy notes emerge as well. Medium-bodied, with cherry and dark pinot fruit, with good underlying acidity and balance.
