Tuesday, September 21, 2021 - I opened the bottle 6 hours before drinking ….
It openend with a palate of red fruit but not wide as many cdp do.. there is still acidity and a well structured minarality behind .. I think it will last in an opened bottle for more than a day!
But to be honest we will drink it tonight !
