Monday, June 1, 2015 - A private tasting (Restaurant De Gieser Wildeman *, Noordeloos, Netherlands): Completely bricked through; old nose, hoi-sin, lovage, earth, soy, no fruit left; light palate, separated acidity, disjointed; short finish with the sweet smell of decay. Well past best.
