Monday, June 8, 2015 - The nose was rich and inviting, showing ripe blueberry and cherry with hints of licorice and chalk dust. On the palate, I found silky textures which firmed up quickly with dark red fruits, minerals and crunchy tannin coating the senses. It finished with remnants of tart berry, minerals and herbs. I would hold for a few years in the cellar or enjoy today with a meal after a good decant.
