Thursday, November 16, 2023 - Beautiful dark ruby color under light. Insanely intense bouquet of blackberries with, bizarrely, artificial banana on the nose with a touch of black olive. Really hard to describe, mind-blowingly intense tannins with mildly sweet blackberries and mulberries, slightly sweet black olive juice (not disgusting even though it sounds like it), and berry briar. Long tannic berry finish . This has decades ahead of it. Delicious.
