Saturday, September 12, 2020 - Inky, deep ruby colour. Powerful nose of thyme, plumb and blueberry. Favour is rich and smooth with pepper and thyme, layered on blueberry and black licorice. The finish is long and herbacious. It decanted for close to two hours, so likely able to age much longer.
