Friday, May 5, 2017 - Blended with 15% Syrah. Impressively tasty, with savory and smoky notes. 14.8% ABV, yet seemingly no heat. Drank best during the first hour.

Update: Still drinking shockingly well two nights later, after having sat at room temperature, vacuum corked, with with less than 4 oz left.
