Wednesday, October 28, 2015 - Opened one hour in advance. Sharp cherry aroma with a bit of dill pickle. Smooth flavors of red fruit with a citric bite. Lingering cranberry finish. It's quirky and funky, but nonetheless has attractive flavors, is balanced, and has a smooth delivery. Forward, a bit of complexity, I don't know that this will hold together over the long term, but it's excellent (and a lot of fun) right now.
